Who We Are
We are a proud family owned business run by James & Jenny Barlow. Jenny brings over a decade of experience in operating a professional cleaning service. She started like most in the professional cleaning industry as a house cleaner. She gained knowledge and experience and set out with a partner to start a cleaning service business. James joined Jenny in operating Sparkle Express Cleaning Services at the beginning of 2020. James coming from a technical background provided experience in creating processes and procedures based on Jenny's vast knowledge and experience into a documented procedure. He captured the steps in a training program to consistently duplicate the level of service that Jenny brings to each of their clients. Incorporating the procedures into the process, they set out to streamline the customer experience of hiring a cleaning service.
Our goal at Sparkle Express Cleaning Services is to change the process for getting your home cleaned. To streamline and simplify the estimate process we created a convenient, transparent, and simple online solution for our customers. We implemented a standardized cleaning process & procedure, a certified traninig program, and proprietary formula that allows us to offer accurate online estimates. Our Customer Management Software provides the means to communicate effectively with our clients and team members, scheduling visits, and track in real time the work being performed by our cleaning technicians.
